The SUN corrects its errors. If there is a mistake, please report it to the city editor at 259-4072.
* How redevelopment is funded was incorrectly reported in Friday's SUN. When a redevelopment agency is formed, property taxes are frozen, and, when the land is assessed again, the difference is dedicated exclusively to redevelopment. For example, a parcel valued at $100 when the agency is formed and re-assessed at $150 would send $50 -- called the tax increment -- to the redevelopment agency. The rest is divided as usual among local agencies.
* A headline in Tuesday's SUN incorrectly stated the purpose of King Hussein of Jordan's visit to the West Bank. Hussein is supporting the Palestinians.
