Abraham Glass

Abraham Glass, 79, of Las Vegas, died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 19, 1917, in New York City. A three-year resident, he was a retired pharmaceutical doctor, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion Post 0008.

He is survived by one daughter, Sue Correa of Las Vegas; two brothers, Jack Glass of Florida, and Morris Glass of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.

Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

The family suggests donations to the Temple Beth Am, 9001 Hillpointe Road, Las Vegas, NV 89134.
