Obituary: Billy Ong aka ‘Baby Boy Mahal’

Billy Ong aka "Baby Boy Mahal," died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 15, 1979, in the Philippines. A six-year resident, he was a Durango High School student.
He is survived by his parents, William and Carmencita Ong, and two sisters, Reyina Ong and Rica Ong, all of Las Vegas; his grandparents, Angelina Yabut and Josefa Rose, and his great-grandmother, Apo, all of Los Angeles.
Visitation is scheduled from noon-7 p.m. today and Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church.
