* THE STANDARD paperback edition of "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" is available at most bookstores. The Modern Library edition is being published this month and should be in stores soon.
* THE LIBRARY DISTRICT has 64 copies of the book on record; nine are noncirculating copies, three are in special collections and seven are simply missing. That leaves 45 copies on the shelves at its various branches.
* THE AUDIO version is now available on CD ($15.99) and cassette ($10.99).
