Despite Ohio State's stunning loss to Michigan, the top seven spots in the Scripps Howard Computer Rankings stayed in the same order this week. But the race behind the Buckeyes tightened just a bit.

Unbeaten Florida State, headed for a showdown this week with unbeaten Florida, remained at No. 1. Ohio State stayed second but Nebraska moved to within half a point of the Buckeyes after trailing them by more than three points last week. Florida is fourth.

Numbers to the left are team rankings. Numbers to the right are the current power ratings. To determine the projected margin, compare the ratings of the rival teams and allow four points for typical home field advantage.
