If we grant this to The Mirage, how do we not give the same privilege to all the other major casinos, who would be at a competitive disadvantage? Should we ask our citizens to accept all this added pollution?
Economically, this would aid the bottom line for the casinos, but certainly fair is fair, and Nevada Power's rate would have to be adjusted upwards and the general public would absorb the cost.
Let's not lose our common sense and will.
