How the City Council voted Wednesday to spend tax dollars:
* $175,000to Northeast Fire Apparatus Inc. of Lancaster, Pa., for a used 1988 Quint 100-foot aerial ladder apparatus.
* $35,021 in a contract with Debarry Packaging Inc. of Las Vegas, for trash can liners.
