StumbleCouple arrested in musical investment scheme

CARSON CITY -- A Henderson couple is under arrest on charges of defrauding an investor out of $10,000 in a musical show scheme.
The state Securities Division said John J. and Carol Ann Rizzo are charged with fraudulent sale of securities. The complaint said the Rizzos told an investor they had developed a musical show for Las Vegas area hotels and had signed contracts for production.
But there were no contracts.
Bail has been set at $15,000 each for the Rizzos.
