She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Guevara of Las Vegas, and Frances McChrystal of Stafford, Va.; two sons, Joe Collins of Blackhawk, Colo., and Butch Collins of Las Vegas; one brother, Clyde McCollum of Sanger, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
