Obituary: Otelina G. Alirez

She is survived by five daughters, Virginia Madrid of Albuquerque, N.M., Joanna Bowden of Las Vegas, Nev., Irene Alirez, Lisa Alirez and Linda Alirez, all of Henderson; six sons, Steven Alirez, Daniel Alirez, Robert Alirez and Lawrence Alirez, all of Henderson, James Alirez of Citrus Heights, Calif., and William Alirez of Las Vegas, Nev.; three sisters, Josie Gedies of Port Hueneme, Calif., and Mollie Garcia and Rebecca Garcia, both of Albuquerque; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday with a 6 p.m. prayer service in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Peter's Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
