Lake Tahoe visitors may face fees

The agency's governing board is seeking $100,000 in federal funds to update a 22-year-old study into possible ways to raise revenue, including a user fee.
During discussion on the study Wednesday, the board generally agreed that parking fees would probably make the most sense.
Nevada voters will consider a $20 million bond issue Nov. 5 to make environmental improvements at the lake.
