She is survived by two daughters, Deanna Sullivan of Kittredge, Colo., and Ellen M. Woodrum of Las Vegas; two sisters, Katherine Shipp and Pauline Stayshich, both of Tallmadge, Ohio; one brother, Andrew Forkes of Phoenix, Ariz.; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 3-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the American Heart Association, 6370 W. Flamingo Road, Suite 1, Las Vegas, NV 89103; the American Diabetes Association, 4045 S. Spencer, Suite A62, Las Vegas, NV 89119; or St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church Building Fund, 7260 W. Sahara, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
