An 18-foot travel trailer was destroyed early today in a fire in eastern Las Vegas.
The trailer, parked in the driveway of a home at Johnson Avenue and North Honolulu Street near Charleston Boulevard, was fully engulfed in flames when Las Vegas Fire Department firefighters arrived at 12:30 a.m., spokesman Timothy Szymanski said.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the trailer and keep it away from the home, he said. Damage was estimated at $2,400. No one was injured. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
