Because so much has and will be written about homeowner associations, my letter is short. Solution:
Prospective buyers of property with a homeowner association: Read the CC&Rs before closing escrow.
Management companies for absentee landlords inform renters of rules and regulations before signing leases.
Prevention is better than cure.
