Letter: Recent election proves dwindling union power

I certainly hope they can have enough influence on him to assure us the president will keep a few of the promises he made while scaring his way to a less than mandate.

May I suggest the backers of the minority peruse Tom Clancy's new novel "Executive Orders."

Most people will think it couldn't happen but the many issues in the book are surely possible.

What happened to the great AFL-CIO millions-of-dollars backing?

Too bad the culinary had to resort to threats to push Sue Lowden out of office.
