Obituary: Almaine Criner

Almaine Criner, 88, of Las Vegas, died Aug. 1 in Las Vegas. He was born April 12, 1908, in Texas. A 10-year resident, he was a farmer.
He is survived by three daughters, Williepearl Criner and Pearlene Criner, both of San Jose, Calif., and Teresa Criner Bias of Las Vegas; and five sons, Ronnie Criner Sr. of Las Vegas, Charles Criner of Sacramento, Calif., Terry Criner of North Las Vegas, and Edward Criner and Alvin Criner, both of Greenville, Texas.
Visitation is scheduled until 7 p.m. today in Rose Manor Chapel, 615 W. Van Buren Ave. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Rose Manor Chapel. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
