The only road project that has been completed with any degree of speed is the sound barrier erected along the west side of I-15 and the nifty wrought iron gates -- complete with lock codes -- all for the benefit of those esteemed "Scotch 80s" elitists. Sone city "biggie" must have decided that was the city's No. 1 priority.
In a nutshell, the road projects are poorly planned and, surely some city engineer can come up with a program that is more efficient that what is currently taking place.
