She is survived by her significant other, Andrew Berney of Las Vegas; four daughters, Judith Ann Gonsalves of Waipahu, Hawaii, Kathy Louise Erickson and Cheryl K. Beckmann, both of Phoenix, Ariz., and Starlyn Campbell of Las Vegas; one son, Andrew John Campbell, and her parents, Amy and Andrew Campbell, all of Phoenix.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. A private burial will follow.
