He is survived by his wife, Leonor; four sons, Ruben and Edmundo, both of San Diego, Rodolfo of Henderson, and Alberto of Las Vegas; two daughters, Irene Medrano Fisher of San Diego, and Leonor Medrano Hernandez of Henderson; two sisters, Alicia Camplido and Carmen Edmonson, both of San Diego; and 10 grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
