John E. “Jack” Caldwell

He is survived by his wife, Willa; two sons, John C. Caldwell of Las Vegas, and J. Brent Caldwell of Marshfield, Wis.; one daughter, Shirley Oakes of Kaneohe, Hawaii; two sisters, Aleta Collins of Salt Lake City, and Areta Peckham of Provo, Utah; one brother, Edwin A. Caldwell of Brookings, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in the Boulder City LDS Chapel. Burial will follow in Boulder City Cemetery. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

The family suggests donations to Shriners Childrens Hospital, Zelzah Shrine Temple, 2222 W. Mesquite St., Las Vegas, NV 89106.
