Here’s a peek into what it was like to be a caucus participant during Nevada’s first in the West caucus. Whether you were a precinct captain or a cocktail waitress, the broad spectrum of emotions — confusion to elation — were on full display as more than 115,000 Silver State residents let their voices be heard.
