"Larger Than Life" at the Excalibur.
Starting out as a stand up comedian, Louie Anderson's big break came
in 1984 when he appeared on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. He gained
a lot of notoriety on the stand up circuit throughout the rest of the 1980s.
Anderson's cartoon, "Life with Louie" which took a humorous look at his childhood aired in 1995 and starred the voice of Anderson as . . . himself, just younger. In 1999, Anderson took over as host of Family Feud.
Anderson is now "Joker of the Castle" according to the Excalibur Web site and performs nightly at 7 p.m. and dark Friday nights.
