If you feeling the repercussions of too much celebrating on St. Patrick’s Day, Chef Kerry Simon has designed a festive menu at Simon Restaurant & Lounge to cure your hangover the day after everyone’s favorite Irish holiday. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features special items like green eggs and ham, corned beef hash and poached egg, Lucky Charms treats, shamrock sushi rolls and green apple cotton candy.
