StumbleProject Dinner Table with Nove’s Chef Geno Bernardo
Geno Bernardo, executive chef of Nove Italiano at the Palms Hotel & Casino, is returning for June’s popular Project Dinner Table. The distinctive pop-up dinner will take place on Saturday, June 30 at the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension Orchard located at 4600 Horse Drive in North Las Vegas. Cocktail hour will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the 6-course, sit-down dinner served family style following at approximately 7:30 p.m. Each dish of Chef Bernardo’s menu will highlight local ingredients from his own farm, fresh and seasonal fish and local produce from surrounding farms.
The June dinner will benefit The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada and Vegas Roots Community Garden, formerly Tonopah Community Garden.
