Las Vegas Tea Series

Naomi Rosen, of Joy’s Teaspoon, and Ashanti McGee, of Iron Kettle Teas, present the Las Vegas Tea Series. Classes will take place on select Thursdays at the Trifecta Gallery (in the Arts Factory) and will encompass topics ranging from differences in variety, growing regions, history, environmental impact, brewing skills and cooking with tea. Class topics will entice the newest of tea drinkers and challenge the most seasoned. The schedule is as follows:

August 16th, 2012 (6:00PM – 7:30PM) – Basics of Tea I ($10/per person)
August 30th, 2012 (6:00PM – 7:30PM) – Basics of Tea II ($10/per person)
September 13th, 2012 (6:00PM – 7:30PM) – Tea Mythology ($10/per person)
September 27th, 2012 (6:00PM – 7:30PM) – Tea Brewing Methods and Madness ($10/person)
October 11th, 2012 (6:00PM – 7:30PM) – Tea Vessel Exploration ($10/per person)
October 25th, 2012 (6:00PM – 7:30PM) – Oolong Tasting Session ($15/per person)
December 5th, 2012 (6:00PM – 8:00PM) – TEA: A Celebration (FREE)
