Everybody’s favorite time to eat out, Three Square’s fall Restaurant Week returns August 27 with a long list of special menus that top out at around fifty bucks. Early picks: three Italian courses at Wynn’s brand new Allegro or a filet at Flamingo’s Center Cut.
