El Segundo Sol presents its monthly Cooking Fiesta where guests can learn how to recreate signature menu items from Chef Terry Lynch. Menu items include guacamole with crab and pomegranate, delicious shrimp and sweet corn quesadillas and the savory grilled steak tacos with serrano chile-garlic salsa plus cocktails like the sweet agave nectar-lime cooler and cucumber-mint margaritas. For dessert, learn how to make churros with warm chocolate sauce.
