7th Annual Boys Town Journey of Hope

Boys Town Nevada announces its 7th Annual Boys Town Journey of Hope, to be held at The Venetian Resort Hotel. The evening will celebrate one of Nevada’s most respected civil leaders while bringing together supporters of Boys Town, an organization committed to saving Nevada’s children and healing families.

During this year’s Boys Town Journey of Hope, U.S. Senator and Philanthropist Richard Bryan will be honored with the HOPE Award. An honorary Boys Town Nevada board member, Senator Bryan was selected by Boys Town to receive this award because he personifies the generosity and compassion in the Las Vegas community. Past award winners include Carolyn G. Goodman, J.K. Houssels and the Houssels Family, Bill Boyd and the Boyd Family, and Bob and Winnie Schulman.

The fundraiser will feature silent and live auctions, as well as dining and entertainment by Rich Little. All proceeds will go to Boys Town Nevada. For more information or to purchase tickets for the 2011 Boys Town Journey of Hope, visit www.boystown.org/nevada.

Boys Town Nevada has been providing life-changing care to children and families in Nevada for 20 years. In 2010, Boys Town's Integrated Continuum of Care touched the lives of 2,921 people in Nevada, including direct care to 1,471 children and families through our Treatment Family Homes, In-Home Family Services and Community Support Services.
