Because they can have significant financial resources, seniors are often the target of theft, robbery, fraud and identity theft. A Crime Prevention Specialist with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is conducting an educational presentation to teach seniors the importance of personal safety and ways to protect themselves from becoming victims of a crime. The presentation will be held at Las Ventanas retirement community. Las Ventanas is located at 10401 W. Charleston Blvd, near the intersection of Charleston Blvd. and Town Center Drive. The presentation is free and open to the public. Please call (702) 207-4215 for more information.
