3th Annual Nevada Youth Alliance Back to School Fair
Nevada Youth Alliance in partnership with the College of Southern Nevada and a number of community organizations will host the 13th Annual Community Back to School Health & Educational Fair on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at CSN’s Cheyenne campus, located at 3200 E. Cheyenne Ave., in North Las Vegas.
The fair provides free education and healthcare supplies and services for those in need and also offers educational and entertainment opportunities for everyone. Approximately 8,000 residents are expected to attend what is considered one of the premiere back-to-school events of the year.
FREE activities include: dental checkups, eye exam screenings (youth/adults), youth physicals, immunizations, school supplies, blood pressure and blood sugar checks for family members and youth/family education and prevention program information. Families can get a free backpack with school supplies and also learn about Nevada Check Up and Medicaid and much more!
