Ward 2 Back-To-School Fair And Movie In The Park

Residents are invited to attend the Ward 2 Back-to-School Fair and Movie in the Park on Friday, Aug. 12, at AnSan Sister City Park located at 7801 Ducharme Ave. The community fair begins at 6:30 p.m. The movie “Tangled” starts at dusk.

Free backpacks and school supplies will be given away to the first 500 students. Community vendors will also be on hand and there will be a fun craft project for the kids. Goodwill of Southern Nevada will be collecting books, slightly used clothing and small household goods.
