Stone Brewing Co. Dinner
Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro is hosting its first beer dinner of 2011, partnering with one of the fastest growing American breweries, Stone Brewing Co. Mitch Steele, the head brewer, will be on hand to guide diners through the beer pairing experience.
The four course meal with intermezzo features a variety of Stone Brewing Co.’s beers and some of Morels most popular dishes:
First course: Hydroponic Bibb Lettuce Salad paired with Stone Levitation Ale
Second course: Cave Aged Marisa paired with Stone IPA
Intermezzo: Arrogant Bastard Ale
Third course: Steak & Frittes paired with Stone Smoked Porter
Fourth course: Espresso & Dark Chocolate Torte paired with Stone Imperial Russian Stout
The Stone Brewing Co. dinner is $65 per guest, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 702-607-6333.
