President Clinton speaks at Paris Las Vegas' Champagne Ballroom in a public reception/fundraiser to promote the saltLantern Campaign. This campaign delivers lanterns from a Northern Nevada company to women salt farmers in India. These solar lanterns replace kerosene lanterns as a free, environmentally safe light source that allow these women to increase their income by 8% and enable more of their daughters to go to school.
