Gentle Movements to Promote Wellness is a new exercise/movement class designed to support caregivers coping with the challenges that life brings. Using simple movements set to music, this 4 week beginner series is especially designed to accommodate caregivers of all physical abilities. During this class, caregivers will learn techniques to increase strength, balance and flexibility, many of which can be performed sitting in a chair. In addition to an enjoyable break for the caregiver, anticipated benefits include increased range of motion, stamina and sense of wellbeing.
