Food Network stars have it all over those on the PBS stations.
Food Network personalities have all the recipes for the dishes prepared on the show, available at their websites, in addition to naming all ingredients and quantities during the show.
PBS hosts (OK, maybe not all, but several) never give quantities and only speak in generalities.
When you go to the website listed at the end of the episode, you find a few obscure recipes, and never the ones prepared on the show. BUY THE COOKBOOK they say. These PBS cooks are only providing 22 minute promotions for their personal cookbooks.
