Hugely popular, this gala evening draws a discerning crowd of people who know and love fine food. With 30 or more of our city's finest chefs participating, attendees enjoy the chance to meet the chefs, sample their favorite dishes --- even discuss favorite recipes and food trends. Held at Caesars Palace, the charitable affair provides funds for March of Dimes, the champion for all babies, those born healthy and those who struggle to survive and thrive.
