A new restaurant opening at Monte Carlo in mid-November, d.vino Italian Food & Wine Bar, is hosting a wine and cheese night. During “Meet the Monger,” guests will enjoy a wine and cheese pairing especially selected by Jake Sigl, Cheese Specialist and Nick Hetzel, Sommelier. For this event, d.vino Italian Food and Wine Bar presents four hand-selected cheeses flown in from Italy paired with four Italian wines.
