Forty of the world's best chefs and vintners will preparing a marvelous tasting reception to be enjoyed. Proceeds from this extraordinary evening will support the work of Emeril Lagasse's charitable foundation, including bequests to local efforts by Three Square. Participating chefs include Mario Batali, Wolfgang Puck, Daniel Boulud, Caymus Vineyards, Gemstone Vineyard and Williams Selyem to mention just a few. The evening will bring the spirit of New Orleans to Las Vegas with artwork by George Rodrigue and mustical entertainment by the legendary Neville Brothers. Included at the affair will be Carnivale du Vin's premier wine auction which has been ranked among the "Top Ten U.S. Charity Wine Auctions" by Wine Spectacular magazine.
