The Caramel Room at the Rampart Casino is offering a Mother's Day brunch menu featuring crab and asparagus omelets, crusted cinnamon swirled French toast and marinated lamb chops. Their special dinner menu will feature chilled asparagus soup, crispy skin striped bass and steak au poivre.
