Sherrie Maricle & The DIVA Jazz Orchestra perform with UNLV Contemporary Jazz Ensemble
a special evening with this all-woman group
A Sunday afternoon performance by SHERRIE MARICLE and the DIVA Jazz Orchestra with the UNLV Contemporary Jazz Ensemble will be offered on March 8th. Known for their high energy, DIVA hails from New York City and is composed of 15 women, each talented and versatile musicians. Maricle is drummer-conductor for the group which will make the Las VEgas one of their stops on a national tour.
UNLV's BOX OFFICE is handling tickets @ 895-ARTS(2787). Pricing is $15 for Jazz Society members and $10 for students and seniors.
