Philthy Rich CEO Speaks To Southern Nevada Youth

James "P- Reala" McNair, Vice President of The Floyd Mayweather Jr. Foundation and CEO of Philthy Rich Records, will be speaking to the youth of Southern Nevada at The John Kish Unit Boys and Girls Club in Henderson, Nevada. His message will be on the importance of education and how it relates to success and building one's self-esteem.

Once seen as an at risk youth from Harlem New York, the Las Vegas resident's goal is to educate and inform many disadvantaged, underrepresented youth on the importance of education in today's society in an effort to empower them and build their self-esteem so that they will have the courage to work hard and turn their dreams into reality.

Two lucky teens will have the chance to win a day with James "P- Reala" McNair at the Philthy Rich Records Studio and learn the fundamentals of creating music.
