Hip hop mogul Jay-Z will be performing live along with Ciara at the Pearl at The Palms over the Fourth of July weekend. As the head of Roc-A-Fella Records, Jay-Z has solidified his role in the hip hop cannon and continues to produce fresh new hits, even after his so called retirement.
