StumbleSushi and Sake 101 at Sushisamba
If you're an aspiring foodie or you just love sushi and sake, Sushisamba at the Palazzo has just the thing for you. Take part in Sushi and Sake 101 to increase your sushi and sake IQ. For the first half of class, sommelier Soto will guide pupils through the exotic world of sake tasting as you sample from more than 130 different sakes in the award-winning Sushisamba collection, Las Vegas' largest sake collection. The second half of the class will teach guests about choosing sushi-grade fish, how to cut the fish and how to construct the perfect sushi roll.
