Nonito “Flipino Flash” Donaire, the current IBF and IBO world champion in the flyweight category will take on Rafael Concepción, nicknamed "El Torito" in the main event of Top Rank's Pinoy Power 2 boxing card at the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The two contenders will duke it out for the coveted title of WBA interim super flyweight title.
