Celebrity chef Kerry Simon and James Beard Award Winner Michel Nischan are more than just friends—they are two of the hottest, most talked about chefs creating contemporary American cuisine today. They are teaming up for this special Taste America four-course dinner that will include signature sushi and sake pairings and the vibe promises to be as coolly cutting-edge as the cooking.
