3rd Annual Break A Holiday Sweat Pre-holiday Workout Aerobithon on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Minker Sports Complex. Instructors will lead participants in one hour of Zumba, followed by an hour of strength training and abdominal exercises. The final hour will focus on yoga. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome. This workout is aimed at helping everyone maintain their fitness goals during the holiday season and relieving some pre-holiday stress.
