Flu season is just around the corner and the best way to prevent or lessen the effects of the bug is to receive a flu shot. Helping the community safeguard themselves against the virus this year, Southern Hills Hospital is hosting a flu shot clinic on Nov. 6
note: Flu vaccines are available for $30 and pneumonia vaccines for $45. This is a covered benefit for individuals with Medicare Part B. Individuals who do not have Medicare Part B must pay in cash. No other type of payment will be accepted. To streamline the paperwork process and injections, individuals should bring their Medicare insurance card, photo ID and wear a short sleeve shirt.
