Circumventing The Law for Personal Gain, Berg Electric teams up with the Federal Government!
June 3, 2009
On 5-8-9 federal courts allowed berg electric to circumvent the law to de-road Mr. Rivera and his wife inside judge Leavitt’s office under a request for an ENE, during an ENE led by the representation of Berg Electric.
Despite Mr. Rivera’s best efforts in requesting for representation in federal court, the federal courts allowed Rivera Vs Berg Electric to continue forward by berg electrics lawyers (Mr. Shaw), by taking advantage of a non-lawyer non-represented individual, Mr. Rivera! Can you believe the justice system allows this!?
The federal judge Leavitt even went as far as to state that Berg Electric can discriminate time and time again, and the Federal Government cannot do anything about it. Meaning that Mr. Rivera, an American disable vet of Mexican parents does not merit federal proceedings under discrimination protected by title VII of the civil rights act of 1964 to include the ADA Act as well.
Let's not forget his unalienable rights, any rights, constitutional rights, independence of declaration statements for the people, all tried and protected by the Law! This Federal Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) is proof of what the corrupted and evil spectrum of justice we have in place to defend the American people, this was Moral Turpitude at it's best.
Sorry,
My family and I greatly apologize to the American public,
The People.
Thank You Federal Government,
An American-the governed!
Juan Rivera
