Clark County Defaming and Slandering
Of Innocent People!
October 9, 2009 4p.m.
Once again Clark County Business License Department think they are Above the Law.
I have befriend others while employed at Clark County Business License department and today I was informed by Clark County employees that my picture is and has been posted for a second time. This time it is posted in the Clark County Business License reception desk with some fabricated information of management intent to discredit my family name and me.
The first time my picture, name, information and fabricated stories of my personal nature, were distributed by E-mail throughout Clark County and its affiliates to include public and private. That in itself is deemed defamation, slandering, discrimination and against Federal Law. This kind of behavior should not and will be appreciated by the public here in our Las Vegas community by no one.
These criminal acts of aggression towards others and myself are being initiated by the director of Clark County Business License Jacqueline Holloway and her hatchet man Dan Hoffman. These two supposed government workers are using and abusing their positions of power for personal vendettas’ and personal gain.
Is it not enough to discriminate against employees? To also add to the humiliation of being labeled falsely and slandering a person to no recuperation? Clark County Business License is not Above the Law! I hope the call to Eric Pappa @ Clark County Public Information Office will rectify for the moment this matter.
