Human health must be above personal interests,
profit and financial business of health care

The United States is the most developed country in the world. The standard of living in the United States is also one of the highest in the world. However, the average statistical data gives a rather distorted picture presenting the true situation. For example, the U.S. leads in terms of the cost of medicine. From the statistics can be assumed that in the United States does a lot in terms of health care. Was that the case? This figure contradicts the fact that for many Americans the quality health care is virtually unavailable. And this despite the fact that the cost of health care make up the astronomical sum - roughly 14% of the GDP of the country. What is the reason for this paradox? The main reason is that the health care system in the United States focused primarily on business and as a secondary concern at the health. Therefore, the problem of medical care - one of the most acute in the United States.
Certainly the Federal Government, local authorities and other interested organizations to make a sustained effort to make quality health care in the United States more affordable. But these efforts have largely focused on issues more than full coverage insurance poles. The complex scheme of voluntary insurance and free servicing the poor has led to higher prices for the services of doctors and medicines. Can these government actions lead to success, if the prices of health care are systematically grow? I think to solve the problem of this approach will be very difficult. The main reason that prices in health care are not controlled, and in fact inflated, and are likeness of a bubble economy. Another minus is that in the US, unlike most other industrialized countries, there is no health care system. United States - the only country in the developed industrial world, not having universal health care. The system exists in many countries around the world and it means a highly organized and unified approach to solving any health care problems.
Let's see now the moral side of the problem. It's no secret that to solve the health care money, almost everything. What we have as a result? The result - a sad, not happy situation. The patient, as is the formula "in front money, after payment - services" has a secondary importance. For example often severely ill people waiting for hours to receive, so initially the administration of the clinics concerned about the solvency of the client. There are fatal cases. For example in the reception alone psychiatric ward in Brooklyn recently, a woman died. Many hours she waited, until it becomes free bed, then fell from the chair and 40 minutes trying to climb, but no one helped. The guards passed by, nursing sat nearby and watched indifferently convulsions miserable. The incident roused America - human rights record sent to the hospital surveillance cameras on all channels. At the same time, medical centers receive billions of dollars from the state and insurance companies. Who needs a survey, if not treatment? It is whether such an approach immoral?
In recent times, there is a tendency, when the Americans for a cheap and affordable treatment fly to India or other places. Basically, the purpose of these visits are various surgical procedures. This can be seen as a symptom of ill-health of health dollars.
To avoid artificially inflated budgets, that health care in the United States must spend money wisely! One example - billions of dollars each year, the state pays for treatment of children who are brought to resuscitation with asthma attacks. But the problem is easily solved - asthma treatment, drugs are cheap. If doctors unselfishly simply explain to parents how not to bring the case before the attacks - will be saving billions of dollars. But whether doctors interested in such a cheap solution of this problem? Another example - obesity. Obesity was considered a problem relatively recently. But now doctors realize that obesity - the main cause of ill health, predisposing to hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other problems. This is a serious problem. According to some statistics, if the level of obesity is now at 1990 levels, the US would save $ 100 billion or more
Now everyone in the United States knows about the problem of health care. Many have experienced this problem on their own experience. How could this happen in the richest country, which most of the world spends on health care and medical research? Health Industry in the U.S. is estimated at 2.26 trillion dollars - Over the GDP of many nations of the world. The American health care based on insurance, like patchwork. It should cover all - but there too many holes.
To address the whole population health care need to focus attention not only on health insurance, but most importantly to create a system of state or an alternative of private medicine. Health Care System, where prices for services and medicine will be real. Also is a need to develop of preventive medicine and health care. American researchers have concluded that the lack of effectiveness of preventive medicine in the United States. If the approach to solving this problem, American medicine can save a lot of billions of dollars and cover all medical services in the country.
Each society, not according to the U.S. is, or European, or Asian - Responsible for the health of its population. Why is Responsible? Because the constitution of each country had the right to life, to enjoy a full life. And being healthy is the most important human right. Without the health of people will not be able to implement and have all their other rights. Human health must be above personal interests, profit and financial business of health care.
